Located at 59 S. 2nd Street in Pittsburgh, PA, The Distillery Complex blends historic charm with a modern twist. Originally home to Joseph S. Finch’s rickhouse in the late 1800s, the building has been thoughtfully preserved—its bones, structure, and character intact—while new construction has transformed it into a six-story playground. American Whiskey
Our American Whiskey is a carefully crafted blend of corn, wheat, and rye whiskeys that delivers classic bourbon character with our own signature touch.
On the nose, you'll find aromas of vanilla and caramel with notes of honey and cinnamon. The palate opens soft and sweet with cinnamon and sweet corn, finishing with just a touch of spice thanks to that bit of rye in the blend. It's smooth, approachable, and versatile. Perfect for sipping neat, on the rocks, or in your favorite cocktails.

The Petal Pusher is spring in a glass! Made with our Seven Governors' Gin, fresh lemon, mint, and your choice of lavender, hibiscus, or rose syrup, this cocktail leans into the fresh flavors of spring without being too sweet. Light, floral, and perfectly balanced, it's a garden party in every sip.
