The Vermouth cask adds sweetness, richness, and depth to our Corn Whiskey. 14 months in the cask introduced notes of dried fruit, molasses, and brown sugar, building on the distinct caramel-sweetened profile with a balanced, slightly nutty finish. In the rich, dessert-like body, you'll find thyme, cocoa, eucalyptus, and caramelized plum that enhance the whiskey's flavor. Suitable for sipping neat, on the rocks, or in cocktails, especially a Manhattan. A good option for whiskey enthusiasts looking for a distinctive taste.
